Terms of Use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to nexus.iapro.club and the use of Nexus, a project maintained by the IAPro Community. By browsing or using this site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Nexus is open-source software distributed under the license stated in the official repository. The software license prevails over these Terms for anything related to use, copying, modification and distribution of the code.
1. About the project
Nexus brings AI models together to support software creation on the user's own computer. This website is informational: it presents the product, documentation and community channels.
The project is maintained by volunteer contributors of the IAPro Community and does not constitute a company, franchise or regulated service.
2. Permitted use
You may browse, download and use Nexus according to the project license. You must not:
- Use the site or software for unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.
- Remove authorship, license or intellectual property notices.
- Overload the infrastructure with abusive automated access.
3. Intellectual property
The brand, visual identity, text, images and other materials on this site belong to the IAPro Community or their respective authors and licensors.
Nexus code is governed by the license published in the official repository. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the brand or site materials to you.
4. Third-party services and content
This site links to GitHub, the documentation portal, WhatsApp and other external services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their policies, availability or content.
Use of third-party AI models is subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and software are provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the IAPro Community is not liable for lost profits, data loss, indirect damages or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site and software.
You are responsible for reviewing code and AI-generated output before using it in production.
6. Privacy
Personal data processing on this site is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please also read the data subject rights section and the contact channels.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the project, legislation or infrastructure. The date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the new version.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) and the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014).
Disputes will preferably be resolved through dialogue with the community. If the conflict persists, the courts of the user's domicile shall have jurisdiction where consumer law applies.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the official IAPro Community channels.
