Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This Policy explains how the IAPro Community processes personal data on nexus.iapro.club, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).
This is a static, informational site. We do not create accounts, process payments or collect data through forms. Nexus runs on the user's computer, and project code stays local.
1. Controller and data protection officer
Controller: IAPro Community, a Brazilian software engineering and applied AI community.
Data Protection Officer (DPO): IAPro Community team. Requests can be made through the official community channel at github.com/IAPro-Community.
2. Data processed
This site has no sign-up, newsletter, comments or logged-in area. The hosting infrastructure may still record technical data required for security and operation:
- Origin IP address and port.
- Access date and time, method and requested URL.
- Browser, operating system and user-agent.
- HTTP response code and transferred data volume.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Technical logs are used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain infrastructure security. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX of the LGPD), limited to what is necessary for these purposes.
We do not use data for advertising, behavioral profiling or automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site may use strictly necessary storage for interface preferences; that data stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Links to WhatsApp, GitHub and documentation open third-party services that may use their own cookies. Please review their policies.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell or rent personal data. Sharing occurs only with the hosting provider and, when you click external links, with the destination service.
Hosting may involve servers outside Brazil. In such cases, international transfers follow Arts. 33 to 36 of the LGPD and the provider's contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
Technical access logs are kept for the period necessary for security and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
Data you keep locally in Nexus is not accessed by us and remains under your control for as long as you decide.
7. Your rights
Under Art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request:
- Confirmation that processing exists and access to the data.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
- Portability, where applicable.
- Information about sharing and about the option not to consent.
- Revocation of consent, when consent is the legal basis.
- Review of decisions made solely by automated processing.
8. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk, such as HTTPS, infrastructure access control and dependency updates. No system is immune to incidents; if a relevant incident occurs, we follow the notification procedures required by the LGPD.
9. Children and adolescents
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not intentionally collect data from children or adolescents. If we identify such data, it will be deleted.
